Two Boys Blu was opened in 2009 when its 2 Directors saw a gap in the blue-collar casual labour hire market within the removal industry sector. Renee & Paula already had a very successful recruitment firm & decided to branch out and offer their high-level service to a specific market & to only hand selected clients.

Paula Baliva
Paula entered her sales career with one of Australia’s leading Recruitment firms. She successfully ran a permanent desk for 7 years and then was headhunted for a Sales & Marketing role for one of Australia’s leading sports venues. Paulas passion for the Recruitment Industry remained and hence she has partnered with Renee to open Rpb Consulting. Paula is very customer focused after being in both the Recruitment & Events industry and deals with her clients/candidates in a professional yet very personable way. Paula is also committed to being not the biggest but the best in all aspects of Rpb Consulting.
